Bodyguard security is a manufacturer/supplier of personal and property security products that wished to create an Internet presence and take advantage of the sales which could be made by selling direct to the public.
On behalf of Bodyguard, NeonHorizon created an online catalogue which incorporates a secure payment system and custom features such as the personalised security stencil text entry system. In addition to creating the websites code NeonHorizon also took the product photography and created the product information database which allows the Bodyguard staff to update the products and prices, etc. whenever they feel the need.
After working closely with Bodyguard on their website, NeonHorizon were additionally requested to look after their computer network and now provide ongoing technical support.
Tyrespec is the Internet ordering facility created by NeonHorizon for Sinton Tyres Ltd., the UK's sole importer and leading distributor for the complete range of Cooper tyres.
Because selling tyres online is not as simple as having a standard web shop, Sinton's approached NeonHorizon to create a customised site which allows the buyer to search for a tyre based on his current vehicles size requirements. The customer is then presented with a list of suitable choices and can investigate the tread patterns and options available in detail. The Tyrespec site has a secure administrative interface which allows Sinton's staff to update their offers, prices and tyres when needed.
After working closely with Sinton Tyres on their website, NeonHorizon were additionally requested to look after their computer network and now provide ongoing technical support.
CentreStage is a new theatre school based in Milton Keynes which offers exciting new opportunities for children aged 4-18 to enjoy the performing arts.
Looking for an uplifting, dynamic website which could portray the joy and energy felt by the children who take part in their courses, CentreStage approached NeonHorizon who worked together with their graphic designer TravisBead to create this fun and functional website.
Packed with exciting imagery whilst retaining a clear and crisp style, the CentreStage website contains a number of features including an online application form and a news and events page.
Caroline's Curtains is a small business based in Milton Keynes which specialises in producing handmade bespoke traditional and contemporary curtains, blinds and soft furnishings of the highest standards.
To help promote her business Caroline approached NeonHorizon looking for a website based around her existing logo which contained some basic information about her company along with a gallery of images. NeonHorizon worked with Caroline to create a clear and easy to use website packed with the imagery of Caroline's fantastic products.
AnotherCup is a coffee shop consultancy which can guide you through everything you need to setup your own coffee shop from building plans to barista training. (They can even supply the coffee!)
Looking for an Internet presence AnotherCup approached NeonHorizon with some initial ideas for their website. NeonHorizon developed these ideas along with AnotherCup to give the rich website you see before you which covers everything from their training courses to completed projects.
After much persuasion from friends and colleagues NeonHorizon set up its own blog with various tips on products, web design techniques and general IT news.
The blog website and news feed system is custom designed by NeonHorizon and allows members of the public to leave comments, receive email updates and create their own profile. There is also an administrative system for managing users, categories, comments and editing the blog.
The blog entry system includes a GUI interface similar to that of any word processor allowing the blogger to include pictures, links, tables, etc as well as format text in whichever way is appropriate. There is even a spellchecker.
With the success of their public retail site [Tyrespec - also created by NeonHorizon] Sinton Tyres decided that it was time to replace their old trade site (which unfortunately had limited information and lacked the flexibility they required).
With the main aim being to display information on the range of tyres available whilst keeping the pages separate from their retail division website; NeonHorizon created a new site which uses the same database but to the viewer appears to be standalone. This shared system allows Sinton Tyres employees to update both websites simultaneously through one simple interface without the need to re-key data.
Specialising in a number of different luxury, handcrafted hardwood products such as conservatories, orangeries, bifold doors and swimming pool enclosures, Country Hardwood Conservatories approached NeonHorizon looking for a website which could be deciated to its range of trade and DIY hardwood roof lanterns.
As well as various pages describing the Prestige Roof Lanterns product range, Country Hardwood Conservatories requested that NeonHorizon add an interface which allows members of staff to create news articles and include pictures though a simple to use word processor like interface. This information is then also fed to an RSS news feed.
Additionally NeonHorizon also hosts Country Hardwood's main website on its servers and provides IT support for its staff and network.
Realising that their extensive range of UV Products justified a website all on its own, Bodyguard contacted NeonHorizon requesting a website in the style of their Cycle Safety and Personal Alarms websites aimed solely at promoting their UV range.
Designed to compliment Bodyguards existing website, the UV Lights site shares the same product database allowing Bodyguard employees to update both websites simultaneously through one simple interface.
Boyce are a high quality office furniture and office refurbishment company based in High Wycombe who found their existing site limiting and difficult to maintain but wanted to keep its exciting visual style.
Boyce described the issues they were having to NeonHorizon and asked if we could help. After working with Boyce to understand their needs and find the best ways in which their site could be improved, NeonHorizon redesigned the website from the ground up removing the popup windows and other problematic areas whilst keeping the visual style they liked.
To promote the launch of their recently introduced range of HiViz safety gear, Bodyguard Security contacted NeonHorizon to create them a dedicated website specifically for the new products.

HRMK is a newly formed HR consultancy based in Milton Keynes aimed at providing businesses in the area with leadership, support and guidance in the areas of human resources and organisational development.
With an image of what they wanted in mind HRMK approached NeonHorizon to design their website incorporating the HRMK logo and a rather original vertical menu system designed around the tabs in a folder.
As well as the HRMK website itself there is a restricted access area which includes a simple to use editor allowing HRMK staff to update specific sections of the website by themselves.
Citibox are a virtual office provider based in London which supply alternative addresses to individuals, small businesses and companies who require a real presence without the overheads of running an office.
Looking for a fresh, bold, business like website, Citibox approached NeonHorizon who worked with their ideas creating a website which includes functionality such as online applications and customer contact updates.
After enjoying Internet success with their security products website (also created by NeonHorizon) Bodyguard wished to expand further into the personal alarms market and thus a dedicated sister site aimed specifically at this audience was created.

Technosound are a specialist, high end audio-visual retailer and installer based in Milton Keynes with an existing website designed by one of their ex-members of staff. Needing someone to continue the maintenance of this site and also provide them with hosting facilities, Technosound approached NeonHorizon who were more than happy to help.
NeonHorizon now look after the Technosound website and email routing and additionally provide technical support for Technosounds computers when needed.
FrozenMist is a fun site created by NeonHorizon for a group of friends who wanted to share their love of cars and photography. What started out as a couple of photos has now evolved into quite an extraordinary collection of desktop wallpapers.
To help organise the wallpapers, NeonHorizon designed a database system which allows the images to be displayed by category, artist, age and even popularity.
